Creative Direction & Storyboarding: Before we even pick up the camera, we’ll have a consultation to map out your "vibe," colors, and goals. Multi-Location Access: We aren't stuck in one spot. We can split time between my studio space and an outdoor/urban location for maximum variety. Unlimited Outfit Changes: Switch it up as much as you like! Cancellation Policy

Scope of Work inPhocus Photos (Whittney Walker) provides recurring photography and promotional services to the Client as outlined in the monthly proposal. This includes the agreed-upon number of sessions, digital edits, and promotional assets per month. 2. Payment Terms Monthly Fee: The flat monthly rate is due on the 1st of each month. Automatic Billing: Payments are processed through Wix. A 10% late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 5 days. Service Pause: Work and image delivery will be paused if an account is 10 days past due. 3. Usage & Rights Copyright: Photographer retains all ownership of the images.Commercial License: Client is granted a non-exclusive license for social media, website, and local promotional use. This license is only valid while the account is in good financial standing.Restrictions: Images may not be sold or transferred to third parties without written consent.4. Scheduling & Forfeiture Booking: Sessions must be scheduled 5 days before
