With more variety in every session, we can dive deeper into your brand story, covering multiple locations or team departments in a single visit. The Monthly Session: One 60-minute creative session per month. 20 High-Res Images: A diverse library of hand retouched visuals for a fully stocked social calendar. The Result: A robust, professional aesthetic that builds massive authority in your industry.
Cancellation Policy
Scope of Work inPhocus Photos (Whittney Walker) provides recurring photography and promotional services to the Client as outlined in the monthly proposal. This includes the agreed-upon number of sessions, digital edits, and promotional assets per month. 2. Payment Terms Monthly Fee: The flat monthly rate is due on the 1st of each month. Automatic Billing: Payments are processed through Wix. A 10% late fee applies to invoices unpaid after 5 days. Service Pause: Work and image delivery will be paused if an account is 10 days past due. 3. Usage & Rights Copyright: Photographer retains all ownership of the images.Commercial License: Client is granted a non-exclusive license for social media, website, and local promotional use. This license is only valid while the account is in good financial standing.Restrictions: Images may not be sold or transferred to third parties without written consent.4. Scheduling & Forfeiture Booking: Sessions must be scheduled 5 days before
