General Terms
1. Contractual Agreement
By booking a session or making a payment to In Phocus Photos, the individual (known as the "Client") agrees to these binding conditions. This agreement is active once a booking is confirmed or a deposit is secured.
2. Financial Expectations
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable fee is required to hold your date, covering administrative tasks and blocking the time for you. Final Payment: The balance must be fully settled 24 hours or the beginning of the shoot. Delayed Payments: Failure to pay on time may lead to cancellation or a penalty.
3. Cancellations and Changes
Client Cancellations: If you choose to cancel, the initial deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling: One date change is permitted if requested 48 hours in advance; otherwise, a new deposit is needed. Studio Non-Performance: If we must cancel due to an emergency, we will provide a full refund or primary rescheduling options.
4. Creative Direction and Delivery
Artistic Style: By hiring us, you agree to our specific artistic vision and editing workflow. Standard delivery of completed high-resolution images typically ranges between 7 and 60 days, based on current workload. Image Integrity: We provide only finalized files; unedited or RAW files are never shared. Additional Editing: Specialized requests outside of our usual style will incur extra production fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Copyright Ownership: In Phocus Photos retains all legal rights and copyrights to the photographs. Personal Use: Clients are granted a license for personal display and printing; commercial use is strictly forbidden. Corporate Use: Businesses receive a 2 years digital use license, while print or large media campaigns require further written agreements.
6. Promotional Rights
In Phocus Photos may use images from your session for marketing, website portfolios, or social media unless a written request for privacy is made before the shoot.
7. Conduct and Safety
Punctuality: Late arrivals will result in a shorter session duration. Environment: We reserve the right to end any session without a refund if behavior is unprofessional or if conditions become unsafe.
8. Limitation of Liability
In the event of data loss, theft, or mechanical failure, the total liability of In Phocus Photos is limited strictly to the total amount paid by the Client.

All personal data is handled with strict confidentiality and industry-standard security measures. We do not sell or lease your information to third parties. By engaging with our services, you consent to these data practices designed to protect both our creative integrity and your personal identity.
Booking & Cancellation Policies
Initial Deposit
A non-refundable booking fee the session total is required to secure your date. This deposit covers administrative preparation and is deducted from your final balance. Sessions are not confirmed until this payment is processed.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your session, the initial deposit is forfeited. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, the full session fee balance will be billed to cover the loss of artistic opportunity and staff costs.
Rescheduling
We offer one complimentary date change if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests received after this window will require a new security deposit of $100 to stabilize the calendar and cover studio holds.
